Generating Alcate Codes
Launch Software
Select "Alcate" Tab
Select your Alcatel model from the drop down list
Select the Provider ID for your phone (see image below on where to find this information)
Click "calculate Code"
Your Code Will Now be displayed.

Select your model from the "ZTE" drop down list

Click "calculate Code"

Your Code Will Now be displayed.

Entering ZTE Codes

For enter nck type the following sequence in mobile : ###825*09#

1.POWER ON PHONE WITH A Sim the phone will not accept
2.enter unlock code at the prompt
3.The PHONE is now unlocked

Entering Code Into Dongle
You will need the generic software to allow use of your dongle with other networks, as this will allow new APN settings.
You can download none branded software for your Huawei dongle from:-

How to enter your code

1. Insert a SIM card into the dongle that it does not accept
2. Insert the dongle into your PC
3. Attempt to connect to the internet via your dongle
4. Connection manager will ask you to enter the unlock code.

if the connection manager does not ask you to enter a code please download our Huawei code tool to enter the code:-

1. connect your dongle
2. Insure your connection manage is closed (not just minimised to system tray)
2. Run software
3. Sofware will detect your dongle
4. select a port
5. enter unlock code & click "send code"


APN Settings
You may also need to change the "APN" settings on your card software after the unlock to enable you to connect to the new service provider.
Thesettings can be obtained from your desired network provider, below area few settings to give you a head start, but please always check withyour provider as these settings maybe out of date
You enter these settings into Huawei software on your PC

Remember to always use unbranded original Huawei software as network version branded and do not allow use of third party APN settings
